Desi Cows are indigenous breeds of cows found in India and produce super-nourishing A2 Ghee.
The traditional Bilona Method involves churning the curd to make the Ghee, which boasts a thick, grainy texture, rich aroma, and intense flavour.
Our Desi Cow A2 Ghee is free from any adulterations, chemicals, and cruelty, and is teeming with nutrients, such as healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and even vitamin A.
It is rich in butyric acid too, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
Our ghee is also easier to digest and less allergenic than that from some Western cows and has several health benefits, including improved digestion, bolstered immunity, and general wellness. Use with moderation as part of a healthy diet however, like all butter, it is high in calories.
